Like 360 view and pictures of the additional base and the edition size/product page of the International Version ...

6+ weeks and still no photo's of the alternate base. If nothing else, SS is consistant when it comes to info and updates of their LOTR licence. :ohbfrank:

Couldn't agree with you more woodsy. What is their problem? :dunno You would think they would be happy to give us as much news on their products as possible. I just don't get it.

I think I do....it's called Marvel and Star Wars. These licences come first....and everything else is fighting over the leftovers. The SW licence has featured as many new pre-orders [4] in the past three weeks as LOTR has had this entire year. We on the other hand, can't even get SS to post pic's of an alternate base, 6+ weeks after they required us to slap down at 10% deposit. :ohbfrank: And as if things aren't bad enough, now comes the news of yet another SW line....1/5 scale maquettes. :slap Do any LOTR collectors think this is good news for our licence? :cuckoo:

Congrats on the conversion!

On another note, I am quite surprised that someone actually paid the 10% NRD and then cancelled the item even though this is not due to ship for the next few months at least. Or did SSC decides to increase the ES?

I have heard back from SS's CS concerning the email I sent yesterday and I have been assured it will be forwarded to those in charge of the LOTR licence. I was also told I probably won't hear back from anyone until after Christmas, but after hearing practically nothing from SS in 5 month's, another 2-3 weeks will be "a piece of cake". :lecture

I just got a notification email, for this PF that my waitlist is converting to an order? Anyone else got one? Why would someone cancel this early after paying the NRD fees?
