For those of you using the kp-02 body, how did you attach the helmet, gloves, and boots? I haven't found a neck adapter with a ball joint small enough to fit and the wrists have yet to come off with heating and moderate force..

If you look at each feature of the face, the you can tell the sculpt has not changed. The softer features are likely due to the camera being used and not the sculpt itself. The paint is obviously different, but that is not as disappointing as the downgraded fabric. Making a new costume will be...

Can the PERS system be seated better to decrease the gap between the eyeballs and eyelids?

What gets me is I have no interest in the weather vain. I would rather that money go toward the quality of the figure itself.

Here's a good hi-res pic of the proto. You can see that the fabric has been downgraded as well. The proto jacket had a softer texture to better replicate the actual costume.

I have to respectfully disagree here. The Sideshow Vader is blatantly out of scale (larger than 1/6) and the misshapened and high placement of the helmet are areas that could have easily been avoided and even Hasbro got it right years earlier.

Yeah, Alter Ego is $10 cheaper, but requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, just like ordering from Sideshow direct now. I don't like supporting this new policy.

I pre-ordered this from BBTS so I didn't have to put down the deposit. Did anyone else find a better deal for the regular edition?
