I watched the whole review and a lot of the things they say are pretty true. I doesn't really make sense that a corporation still operates and experiments on people and also sustains these elaborate facilities after they've pretty much wiped out the Earth's population. A corporation's goal is to make money. Not to kill everyone who can provide you with money. Umbrella doesn't seem to have a real goal that makes any logical sense in these movies.

Some of these movies are kind of entertaining because they have a good looking woman fighting zombies and lots of action, but they do tend to rip off other movies and not make very much sense.

:exactly:

In the games Spencer is forever rich and just wanted eternal life, and Wesker wanted "complete, global, saturation," but the world already is in the movies, so...:cuckoo:

"Every day humans come one step closer to self destruction. I'm not destroying the world, I'm saving it!"

-Albert Wesker (regarding Uroboros)

I'm not a mouth breather, so that would be kinda hard to do. :lol

I'm betting that guy is though. :wink1:

And sorry, I don't care who you are... if your laugh is obnoxious, it's going to put people off. Just like how bad internet grammar apparently does that here.

I still don't get it, he wants to destroy mankind then?

Never saw past RE extinction. If thats the ending of afterlife, oh dear oh dear.

yes that is the ending, exactly like that

In the fifth Resident Evil game, Wesker wants to infect everyone in the world with the Uroboros Virus. His plan is to usher in the next step in human evolution with the virus as most will reject the virus and die and the strong that did not reject the virus would be his vision of the evolution of humanity. He's also crazy.

That's cool. I stopped watching after Rosie started laughing. Did the video end with them choking and dying?

I guess the movie is doing fairly well :)

The Resident Evil movies have always done better internationally than they have domestically and the current sequel Resident Evil: Retribution 3D is no exception. The movie repeated as the top movie at the international box office in its second weekend even as it fell from the top spot to fifth place at the domestic box office.

TheWrap says Resident Evil: Retribution's second weekend international haul was $37.2 million from 74 territories, making its total international cume $103.4 million so far. Its current worldwide total is $136.9 million.

Resident Evil: Afterlife is the highest-grossing entry in the series with a global total of $296.2 million. It made almost four time more abroad than it did at home.
