    Lesnar fights like he does cos it works for him.. And hes winning!! Why should he try to be more balanced if he doesnt need to be? And I think he was very unlucky and a bit cocky when he lost the first fight.

    Bisping looked scared from the start of the fight!! KO was inevitable the way he backtracked from start to finish. (We need a better representative from GB) Lesnar is a beast. St.Pierre is superb. Id love to see him a weight up.

    Anyone into actual bodybuilding will find it hard to replace fish and chicken/turkey as protein sources. I personally dont rate red meat though. Very heavy and hard to digest, but very tasty...:banghead

    From a bodybuilding point of view, the detail and thickness is quite good(considering you are natural), but I would agree you need more width on your lat spread. You also look like you are curling your body in which will take away from your width when you pose. Push your lats out more at the top...

    That is a good weight for your size. I weigh 230ish, in good condition and I use 75kg dumbbells for incline flyes.(8-10 rep range). I dont do dumbbell press anymore as the 75kg is the biggest in the gym. I dont train anywhere near as heavy as I used to and I think Im getting the best results...
