I've been having a blast playing this game all weekend. The last time I felt this way about a game was when Modern Warfare first came out.

Never was a huge fan of the BF series, sniping was the only thing I liked about BF2 MP.

BF truly lives up to it's name in multiplayer. As some have stated flying helos is FREAK'N HARD! Props to those who have skill. My first attempt was a reverse U-turn right into the deck.:lol Man could not stop laughing at my spectacular failures in flying.:rotfl

Yeah, there's like no recoil at all which is weird but I just happened to notice it. The A-91 kills in a short little burst, even at range, and after getting a service star for it I switched to other guns and it took a noticeably more amount of bullets with other guns to kill people, especially the UMP. The UMP is horrible in the final build.

I don't mind the tac-lights, just beyond retarded they can blind you(and lasers) in the day. Most realistic shooter ever, though!!

Yea, like Gates said use it until you get the G36, that gun is great.

Couldn't agree more about the UMP. It's garbage. Everyone complained that it was OP in the beta. I guess Dice over did it when the nerfed it. It's takes a good six bullets to kill with it now. Useless.

The Scar is real good. It just has a crappy clip size and a mediocre fire rate. Good stopping power makes up for it.

A-91 is a good gun that I've been having some luck with.

I love the M4A1. Good rate of fire, stopping power and recoil.

Love the Saw but feel like it's bugged. There's times when I unload into a guy and it seems to take a few bullets before they start registering. Very annoying.

Yeah, don't feel bad. I've crashed every bird I've taken off the ground. I like being on the ground anyway, so it's no biggie.

This is my new favorite online shooter of all time. I was a big fan of Bc2 though, so it's not a surprise to me.

Well I figured to fly the jets to use the arrow keys rather than the regular controls (for PC). And make sure you go full throttle when taking off otherwise bad things happen.

For helicopters---I have no idea, I can go up, then I try to angle forward a little bit to go forward, but I end up just flying into the ground even if I level off again.

Yeah, I got that rifle: level 12 for me.

If you guys want to improve your K\D then go support gunner and get that mortar!

xD

I've got the mortar unlocked. It's pretty weak. If your team isn't spotting, you wont be hitting anything. It's not a mortar strike, but a real style mortar. One shell at a time. The damage isnt that great either. Nothing more than a nuisance to the enemy really.

Had my first go in a jet, i flew pretty well, didn't get any kills, that will take alot of practice, i wish you got XP for flying though, just a bit.

Had a god-awful conquest on Seine crossing, whole squad in this little nook under fire the whole damn match they didn't think thins isn't working lets try a new strategy :slap

In contrast had a great conquest on Firestorm.

We've all been there. Terrible teams are inevitable. I've had good luck on Seinne Crossing though. Love that map.

You've been playing the crap out of the engineer kit if you've got that already. What level/rank are you?

Level 15 and I just play engineer right now. Haven't played the other classes yet. Just unlocked the UMP as well as the Javelin rocket launcher.

That's what I figured. You've probably had the javelin for a while now. Just unlocked it myself. Is it any better than the SMAW?

Ya it was a few levels ago but I say recently because I've gone up at least a few levels a day :lol...it's good and it's bad. It's good because it really does damage and you can lock on from further out. The bad is that you have to wait til it locks in and you can get killed easily in the meantime :lol

Well, I play a lot of urban maps on conquest large and those areas that you capture that flag; they can be very tight spaces. I was thinking about spamming mortar into one of those flagged areas where I know for sure the enemy will spawn.

Or those choke points where they keep the enemy keeps on coming.

A person did that, and my team lost because of that.

But I don't know; what have been your experiences with that?

This 'd0n7bl1nk' character on YouTube has a fair few Battlefield tutorials, I find them very helpful. I don't have the mortar yet though but that's his latest video. He seems to get good use out of it.

Looking forward to this guys next video...

Heard a few things about the firs patch that's coming.

Buffing the UMP. Possibly the PP 2000 as well.

Fixing (hopefully) the chat issues on the PS3.

Fixing lag issues on the PS3 and 360.

Buffing jets. Not sure how yet.

Nerfing stingers and Russian counterpart. It'll take two rockets to disable jets now.

Various other bigs will be fixed too.

The big thing here is that DICE is supporting their game and continuing to improve it. They'll keep at it and keep listening to feedback. Hopefully, they don't listen too close though. I love the game as is. It just needs a few things ironed out.

Really? Never felt as if my rockets ever hit anything.

With all the freaking flares these aircraft have, I rarely hit anything myself. I get that one rocket disabling is powerful, but you got to hit the stinkin thing first hehe. I had a game yesterday where I spent the whole game firing rockets at a couple aircraft. I shot one helicopter down eventually but couldn't get the jet. It seemed like they had an unlimited supply of flares.

Once, I got a jet in one shot, don't know how I did that or if it was from an assist.

How many rockets does it take for you to take out a tank by the way? Takes me 3.

Any key areas I should be aiming for?
