HT's price is totally fair. they make high quality collectibles. NECA doesn't. you get what you pay for. now, Medicom - their prices are ridiculous.

well as long as everybody can accept that there's room for more than one company in a niche market, i'd rather you start making 1:6 scale stuff. neither you nor HT can compete with the level of detail/accuracy/quality of my 1:4 scale maquette collection anyway.

wish list. i carefully chose the word 'hoping'. when did he say that? it's pretty much done with production so it's a little late to "know more on it" by now. most toy/collectible manufacturers get in at the pre-production phase. guess that means it ain't happening. oh well, more $$ for HT.

you guys already showed us all the Predator stuff we're getting for the next year. hey what about Prometheus stuff?

nothing much right now. tankman still hates A3 and we still don't have a neca queen. personally, i'm hoping for a prometheus announcement soon.

Re: New HT Predator 2 Elder pics and spec depends on how badly Tsang ____s up the new sculpt. he didn't sculpt the first one and it's probably HT's most accurate pred likeness.

those really didn't sell well so probably not. we're lucky they got made the first time.

yeah, NECA does two-ups and tool the sculpts bigger or smaller as needed. most toy companies do that. but i don't think high-end collectible companies like SSC or HT have ever done it that i've heard of. what's in that pic is probably what we're getting.

they should make a body based on KPH. make that one 15"-16" for the 3 preds he played and use a shorter/skinnier 13"-14" body for the Lost clan preds. that's like 12 figures all to scale with each other and only 2 base bodies used. instead of the 5 or so bodies we have now, none of which are...

i don't see why anybody would be upset. it's not like HT is going from always using accurate scale to suddenly not. i can't think of one pred they've made so far that's the right size.

ok, but then you can't complain when the rubber on your nice expensive collectibles rots away. display cases exist for a reason. you might as well stick with the NECA figures if you're gonna put everything on bookshelves.

yeah i already have every HT pred i want unless they make some more Lost clan. this was a pretty boring announcement by HT. i'm really looking forward to what they do with Prometheus more than anything. plus, i'm not sure i'd want a 1:4 scale P1 figure that will probably look like that crappy...
