As I was watching the end I thought that maybe this was supposed to be an alternate universe where Darkseid and Superman take over and soon WB will redo all of this characters, maybe in the new Flash movie, with the standard version of these characters.

My main question about this movie is why did Superman choose the black suit? Especially after the vision of him wearing it in Man of Steel.
