I just got an e-mail today telling me I'm getting a replacement Regular portrait sent out soon. Honestly didn't think they were still sending them out anymore. Wonder what took them so long (got on waitlist in early Dec.)? Hopefully it'll look better than the one I got now.

Got a shipping notice last night for my full replacement, 8 month wait, not bad at all. *sigh*
Hopefully they learned a lesson to not let 8 year old children in a Chinese factory paint the faces on their female statues.

Hi folks, I think this is my first post here
I bought Rogue when she arrived in Italy a few months ago (i didn't preorder her), the head was not that bad (at least both eyes looked in the same direction ^^') but my shop requested the replacement head for all its customers and today arrived.
The first one is my "original" head, the second is the replacement.
The main difference is that the paint is applied more precisely but I think they are essentially the same.

Well, I received the replacement heads and body today. I waited 8 months for them.
Ex Head looks a lot better
Reg head looks the same
Body is fixed, but metal peg don't fit in hole. Easy fix though.
Skiman...please make her pretty again.

I tried to post a picture of the original and replacement head 2 days ago but the moderators still haven't approved it, I'll try again:
to me they look very very similar (the different skin tone is just an illusion of the pictures, they are exactly the same). I was lucky in the first place because my Rogue had both eyes looking in the same direction, maybe someone who wasn't so lucky would be happy with the replacement
