Really looking forward to her and do want her ASAP, but if i don't get that off ebay now i may not for a long time

At worst you'll be paying retail for her in a couple of months on Sideshows site... she's not going anywhere. Almost all HT figures are still available, hell I think even Cap still isn't sold out, neither Sparrow or Superman, Luke or any of the more "popular" licenses.

What else are you trying to get? Babydoll can wait.

Plus Sideshow's version looks better anyway...
