Sorry if this has already been asked and answered a thousand times... but will there be a "head only" option for those who ordered the original Gandalf from Asmus?

I see that this figure is finally arriving in the US. Any pictures or hands-on reviews?

Yeah... seeing all the US Retailers sell out so quickly, I couldn't hold out any longer, either. Ordered direct from Asmus yesterday. Any thoughts on how long I should expect this to arrive in the USA?

I've never ordered from overseas before, so it's a bit outside my comfort zone... but seeing that it has gone so smoothly for others, I think I'll give it a try.

I SO want one of these, but have not ordered one yet... and now I see that both TimeWalkerToys and BBTS are both already sold out! At this point, should I order direct from Asmus, or should I order from Sideshow? Any thoughts?

Newbie question... if I pre-order this from Asmus, will there be any additional import or custom fees to receive this in the USA? Thanks for any insight.

MaxGoof - Thanks for the honest review. This has been my hesitation from the start... in spite of all the positive reviews, every picture I've seen of Merry and Pippin seem to fall short of capturing the actors likeness. Still hoping for a great Gandalf!

Can I ask... are the Merry and Pippin figures an example that happen to look WAY better in person than they do in photos? (That's been my experience with a few figures, to be sure) Because, when I see that so many are thrilled over these figures, but every photo I've seen leaves me...

How much? Would you ship to USA?

I don't have very many Marvel figures yet (only two, as you can see)... but in anticipation of the upcoming Civil War film, I have a Tony vs. Winter Soldier pose set up at the moment, meant to echo the scene from the recent trailer where Winter Soldier shoots at Tony point blank... :)

I really wrestled between getting the Star Ace Snape versus the Medicom Snape... but in the end, I liked the Medicom head-sculpt better, so jumped on one when I saw a good price on ebay. I guess that make me part of "Team Black" by default? :)

I don't have many figures yet, but I REALLY wanted to nab one of these... was FINALLY able to grab one used off of ebay for a great price... (please ignore the pathetic Batman - hoping to grab a DX12 or an Armory set down the road...)

Oh wow... this is the first I've heard of this Neo figure! I really hope they end up producing it... looks awesome!

From the pictures alone, I personally liked the Medicom head-sculpt better. I was able to nab one from ebay for under $200 on the day that Alan Rickman's passing was announced, so I grabbed it... and I don't regret it. I do love the accessories that come with the Star Ace figure though...

Sabin23... I agree... for whatever reason, I like this head-sculpt better. I was not a huge fan of Oblivion, but I LOVE the Mission Impossible flicks... so I'm hoping to get an Agent Hunter figure and swap out the head for one of these...

Love the pics, Leenart! I'm hoping to grab one of these, but possibly swap out the head with the Maintenance Technician... that sculpt seems a bit better to me, at least in the photos I've seen.
