No, they had a limited number of Vader legacy packs but it was the same one you can buy at the store. The only exclusive was the X-Wing Luke.

Sideshow has this as a preview on their page. It says "Hot Toys Exclusive". I'm assuming that they are going to be offering it...looks like its a different base.

I think that any time you include this much hair on a figure, he is going to look "off". Once collectors get him and tame down the hair a bit, he may look a whole lot better. He's definitely not one to automatically display right out of the box. He's going to have to be tinkered with a bit...
