I got this from last sideshow sale event. The reviews for this figure wasn't that great, so I wasn't expecting much..It shows joints too much and the face was also off.
I decided to do a simple body swap with new Phicen stainless + some minor makeup fix + eyelashes
Also I found a pilot helmet laying around, so I painted to match the one in the movie. (* it's not the same model used in the movie)
I spent about a half day working on it and another half day taking photos. Some photos are edited to make them look like posters (just colors and film grains)
My first Phicen body..

I remember there was a torso statue with this pose~
WIP image showing problem 1. This is after reconnecting zipper and sew it back at the bottom.

Yes. Incredible work.
Although an extreme mod(as little is visible under her clothing), it's still a great mod, when no joints are visible at the top of the legs and at the knees.

The figure is excellent 'stock' anyway, & I really dislike those seamless rubber bodies, but your custom work with the face is great.

The biggest advantage is "pose-ability' If you own one, you would know what I mean. tilt shoulder, tilt hip, elbow/knee bending is far better than any jointed body I know.
'Seamless' part actually is second biggest advantage in my opinion.

I'm in europe. So, the one from Sideshow will cost me 230 USD, I can buy that cheaper in europe. It's down to 180 USD shipped. I'm just greedy. I want it cheaper

Well, since this is worth 130 USD (on CollectHT.com) then it's not really a bargain, I guess, but it is pretty decent.

RP makes it 210 USD from Sideshow, and it's 180 USD from Europe.
It's rarely a good idea ordering from Sideshow if you live in europe. Financially speaking, of course. The shipping + the tax is just a major bummer
