Please, please let the weathering be easily removeable without damaging the gold paint. That weathering has to go. I have an EX pre-ordered and Im going to leave him boxed and wait for someone to try removing the weathering. If it is possible, Ill open him up and go that route and be content.

I'm tempted to cancel because of the poor weathering. I am confident I can remove the dripping stains with a light solvent, but I am really concerned about it taking off the gold finish. I know several people removed R2's weathering without issue, but will the same be possible here? :dunno
