Hi, for those whom have received your Skeletor, is there supposed to be gap at the bottom of the heads? Thanks in advance.

They FINALLY replied & told me they do no have stocks for replacement. In the first place, from their email (which was 2/3 wks ago), then why ask me if I want a credit or a replacement?! This is their level of customer service.:slap I'm utterly disappointed.

I have emailed to Sideshow on 3 Feb, they replied on 17 Feb that an exchange is possible, but haven't received any confirmation email from them ever since. :( What's happening?

Mine came with silver paint smudge on the black fabric. Anyone knows if there's anyway to remove it? It also came with a paint chip on the belt & Ragnarok sword. : (

Same here. I like the triangle in the arc reactor. Gives more detail to it since there's no light up.

Not sure why but I somehow prefer the old base. Maybe cos it's simpler, allowing you to focus more on Hawkeye. The new base seems to have too many loose pieces lying around. But allowing it to pose on high & low ground is a nice idea. I presume the strapped case holding the arrows is made of...
