The VII made a cameo appearance in IM3. Didn't even see any action like the VI in both movies it appeared in.

I agree about the Mark VI because it appeared in 2 movies.

I'd say it's close enough to say it's the same. The second set of patterns, the overall color, the black stripe on the hips. I'm willing to give HT a bit of slack for getting the size of the hex patterns wrong especially in this scale.

I bought the VI but could've been happy with the IV or VII.

Either Mark IV or VII would be my vote. Next best thing to those 2 is the VI. Was in both IM3 and Avengers.

That may be the case, but my only point is this version could stand on it's own without having to be associated with the Avengers (even though it obviously is). Remember Ang Lee's government issued Hulk pants? The look itself isn't necessarily exclusive to the Avengers.

Pretty much how I collect. But the shorts isn't a representation of him being an Avenger. It's simply his modern look. It doesn't even have any logos.

I'm getting the regular version. Hard to resist with that price and missed the first one. Though if I had the first version, it would've been a pass.
