Well this base photographs kind of weird, it's dark in person but with the flash all the blue comes out.

You guys are right, it's fake.

I think u read my post incorrect, I'm saying that in general, even the real bases are hard to photograph, they are usually darker in person and once photographed they look a bit brighter or the blue comes out. Even on the real non fake versions is what I mean to clarify.

Unless the seller used someone's else pictures of the real one and sent you the fake statue.

So I just got this literally 20 minutes ago. I feel confident it's not a recast, but just want to hear from you guys as well. The pegs are copper, the head is a round & fairly long peg while the leg is a rectangular peg. The arm is bent high over the line of the head. The base looks to be legit with no over/under exaggerated energy residing in the ground. Seems like the right gold and red colors and back plates are all aligned correctly. Box seems legit. What do you guys think from these pics?

Is 500 a good price for a reg or should I hold on and try to get the Ex?

500 sounds like a fair price...for a real one. i kinda like 400-450 better for a reg and 650 for ex.
