I think the next one should start 5 minutes after TDK ended, ala QoS. Start off with a good chase scene. It would aslo mean the Joker is in custody and out of the way for now, no need for him to show up. The temp cave was already shutdown, so we can get back to the mansion. Which means new equipment and toys. Do we get another vehicle? How many huge prototype vehicles can Fox have laying around? Again sticking with the idea that no time has passed, there wouldnt be a new set of wheels this time. Half of Gotham was empty, trying to escape, there would be looting and violence for sure. Maybe this is were Catwoman could come in. Maybe she steals high priced/classified items from Wayne Enterprises or Lexcorp during the confusion and uses Batman as a scapegoat? Maybe Catwoman is in it for the thrill, how can she resist when Batman comes chasing? It would be interesting if Selina were an assistant to someone in a company partnering with WE, and she meets Bruce this way. Of course we dont get anywhere near a full blown romance, not yet, not even at the end. I dont know how theyd introduce Riddler. Id say he would steal information from various sources though, for some reason. But really I dont know how they can make him different enough from the Joker to make him work. Penquin tries to slide in and salvage Maroni's mess, mob war? No car chase instead an insane rooftop chase with Catwoman, very Casino Royalish, but on a bigger scale.
