i'm still having a tough time dropping $1,200+ on an 18" statue.

It's listed around 21" but the base is at least 2" tall...teh non-refundable deposit is also keeping me FAR AWAY, for now.

I'm not sure i think if i hadn't bought so much and had the space i'd buy it cos i think it looks awesome! I get killed on import fees though so this is a no go for me.

buy the mattel toys one and do a repaint. it will be smaller but with a good paint job it will look great. this is way overpriced even at 500 release point and non refundable deposits should be outlawed!

They mention its 23 inches tall in a production video- So that must be 21" for the amp and 2 for the base. Does those 2 extra inches sway you in any way? Ya never know-the movie may come out and this item sell for less than retail and the few of us with no patience get jipped. Theres always the flip side. I dont like to shell out a lot for pieces- but for me its been the Life size Han in Carbonite, the ironman bust, and this.
