There was another gaming blog that commented on how it was basically David Beckham's face slapped on to it, it was the first thing I noticed. Kinda funny.

Trailer from Gamescom 2010. Wait til the end and you can see a bit of the 'redesigned again' Cole:

Well, you can see that he's bald.

But throughout that trailer it was the same old new cole with hair. And that sucks, it's like someone trying to do the old voice but younger.

I may sound like I'm nitpicking here and being a baby about the changes. But honestly if you change a character that much, it's no longer the same character. The bond and attachment I have from the first one is gone. I liked Cole, and now he's gone.:wave

Really? I think he looks really good now, much closer to the original. They made some significant changes.
From what I can see, they reshaped his face, made him bald, removed those douchey wrist bands and necklace, and even changed his shirt to make it look more like the jacket he wore in the first game.

It all comes down to his demeanor and the voice though. We'll see, I guess.

Can't wait for this game. The 1st one was pretty awesome especially at the price that it is currently at.

Amazon leaked a release date of May 24th, 2011. They quickly removed the date from the game's page, so it's probably legit.

Players can create their own missions in 'inFamous 2'

It appears LittleBigPlanet and upcoming action title inFamous 2 will share more in common than serving as PlayStation 3 exclusives.

Studio Sucker Punch Productions announced it is following LittleBigPlanet's mantra of "Play, Create and Share" by letting players create and share their own missions.

"Sandbox games like inFamous 2 are a ton of fun," says Chris Zimmerman, a development director at Sucker Punch, on the official PlayStation blog. "There's a whole city to explore, and we provide lots of stuff to do in the city … but no matter how many missions and mini-missions and systemic opportunities and branching story lines we add to the game, eventually the story ends. We thought inFamous 2 would be better if it didn't end -- if you never ran out of missions and mini-missions to play and things to do."

Zimmerman says user-created missions will appear just like regular missions, but include the PSN ID of the creator and a rating. Sucker Punch will also create a featured missions list for noteworthy creations.

A limited public beta to test user-built missions will launch in April, and players can learn details on how to join on March 14, Zimmerman adds.
