Alright, my faith have been restored. Never saw that before.
I think it's far more likely that Hot Toys releases an exclusive Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D figure on-air than them changing the Avengers Coulson sculpt from one with a 90-95% likeness to one with 60%. I could see them having multiple sculpts for several figures travelling on convention circuits, and maybe one sculpt is not painted as well as the others, but to think the sculpt is drastically altered based on a handful of mediocre photos is a bit much.

I thought they would fix the Indiana Jones HS but we all know how that turned out....
That went the complete opposite direction.
It's not bad to be worried when you see a sculpt near it's release date that looks nothing like the original one.
Just addressing my concern, for all we know this can come out looking butt ugly.
When they write the history of this hobby that will be known as the greatest calamity of our age.

What happened to the sculpt?! Was considering picking him up too but nevermind on that.
They had it spot on from the start, he looks 20 years younger now!
I'm afraid about Loki now, I really hope they didn't change the sculpt.
coulson has found the fountain of youth!

I really can give an f what the sculpt looks like..im buying him for the suit, shirt, pants, body and shoes for a bruce wayne bash...he can look like agent hill for all I care...

Simple....im cashing in reward points once they become active...and as I see it, sell sculpt, weapons and box and make back $50...so I would have paid about $85, hopefully.

Not worried by those pictures at all. It is clearly badly lit, and the finer aspects of the sculpt have been lost in the process.
I do like how the suit/shirt collar sit though, very realistic indeed. I hope that turns out as well,.
