That's exactly what I think, in some pictures the face looks perfect to me like on the prototype, in other pictures it seems to be a wider head sculpt. I hope it comes only from the Lightning an angle ...

I think the problem is the position of the eyes, thats why she looks so terrible

I'm so disappointed by the final product. The clothes look fantastic, but the head sucks! When I saw the first pictures of it I thought " not perfect, but I see P. Cruz in there " , but now.. I got Mine from toysonline.the hair is side parted, but I think a little too short, the pigtailes should be longer

You can use cold or warm water, but not hot water. Heat will damage dollhair.
