I'm trying to get a replacement part from Hot Toys for my Mark III and have yet to hear back from them (over 1 week ago). Do I just need to bombard them with emails every day, or be a little more patient?

Yeah, I should have been, but oh well.

It was the bottom piece. The part that covers the back of the foot came off several time, and I was "gently" trying to put it back. Obviously I was not gently enough.

As luck would have it, I accidently snapped the right leg air flap. :banghead Does anyone know if Hot Toys would send a replacement for that, and how to get that process started?

I enjoyed the ending, but it did seem a little lackluster. I'm looking forward to see what Brightest Day holds, but this time around I will not pick up and tie-ins. I thought most of the other Blackest Night books didn't do much for the main story.

Hello all. I've been collecting for just over a year now. It all began with the Mark III Iron Man, and then the Original Suit, TDK Batman and Bank Robber Joker. I recently added the Joker DX-01 to the collection, and hope (and pray) that the issues with the DX-02 will be resolved. :D
