They've got a different connector. I've got a set of the older Idea Dioders and a lot of the barlighting sets, and their cables are not compatible. I like the barlighting stuff better.

Thanks, rubio95! That's actually a cheap-*** LED saber from ebay. The hilt is metal, which is pretty cool, but it's too large for scale (but you can't tell in the dark). The Medicom saber looks like it might have a more even glow. I'm using a Sony HX-300 and a generic photo tent kit from Amazon...

I haven't seen any other pics of these, so I thought I'd share Atlas and P-body. They're a bit stiff and hard to pose, feel a bit fragile, but they're gorgeous. I love the OLED eyes.

I tightened mine a bit, and it looks better. It's a simple strap through a metal slider. I'd recommend being more careful than I was though; my tweezers tore the end of the strap a bit, pulled the last mm or so off.

Yeah, that was the original release date. I usually add about three months to that and I'm pleasantly surprised if it comes out sooner. They've already released some and are shipping some other figures next week that were scheduled for 4th quarter, so they're relatively close to their original goal.
