Re: Current discount codes at SSC: The Wait for a February Code It seems like bull**** to me, but when I asked about the flat-rate "shipping deals" recently, Sideshow's customer service told me that Hot Toys sets their shipping rates.

I emailed Sideshow and asked them why the "shipping deals" on some items, (Hot Toys Hawkeye, for example) are higher than the rate I would normally pay on a 1/6 figure to my location. This was the response:
