you referring to the normal version? Its a shame as I feel i payed to much for a lighter color i would actually prefer the darker one now but in the photos to the ordering of this beauty the special looked much better now the normal looked more blueish but now the actual in hand pics look...

Was thinking about exchanging it ... would love to pick up the normal version as well but I used all my credit to buy it now slooowly paying it off again. be a few more months before i have that credit again who knows maybe it will still be available then i will def consider getting the normal...

Man the normal version looks so so much like the alien. I should of gotten the normal instead of the special. the specials paint apt is still way to light for my liking ... :(

yeah i know :rotfl ... I've learnt that with all the sideshow statues i own. but its nice to dream through a image on a statue i most prob wont own ... :lol :exactly:

was so ampt on this, still am ... great head sculpt and paint app but the anorexia body that sideshow gave him does not do it for me, very :( , price is also a killer but with sideshow new flexpay options def affordable but over time of course.

Gotcha :hi5: ... was hoping that was the case. mine does look a darker in hand than the photos but as you can imagine my thoughts ran away with me when I thinking and looking at all the pics about it at work and cant remember how the statue actual fairs up if you don't have it in hand. thanks...

K guys this is starting to bug me as i cannot stop thinking about it. The statue now is it lighter in color than the promo or is it just me ?

Agreed the latest pics on HS etc look exact but on Roswell alien page by my eye the promo pics look much darker than mine. don't get me wrong the paint app on mine is great if not pure perfection. I do realize you cant compare photos to actual in hand pics as many different variables are present...

Is it just me or does the paint app on the special seem very light compared to the promo pics on Roswells site?

No doubt ... hey i'm not supporting HS at all, just saying a large distributor of collectibles like them selves its easy for them to brush something like this off. we were all confident HS would do a replacement but apparently not ...
