Blink is also one of my favourite episodes for quotes, one of which I used in my sig. I wonder if we'll see the Weeping Angels again with Moffatt taking over as showrunner for series five. Not sure how they'd be used but it would be good to have them back.

Coming away from the big blockbusters for a moment, Gone Baby Gone is a fantastic thriller with a brilliant ending if you guys haven't seen it.

Haven't ever seen DCUC in the UK. The only figures I've managed to get my hands on are Batman and Penguin from series one and that was by importing them through BBTS. Glad to see BBTS are offering single carded figures again and not just cases, as I just want to pick and choose a few figures...

Has it aired in the US Pix? I'm sure I read on Outpost Gallifrey you guys were getting the first season DVD's before us.

The first episode did well in the ratings at least. 0.7 million watched it and the average for that timeslot is 0.4 million. So twice the average numbers. If SJA can sustain that figure or something like it over the course of a season, we might get a season three after all.

Re: New Doctor Who Figures? In defence of CO I think they might've tried to incorporate the collectors with figures like Gelth Zombie and Doctor Constantine. They were both unexpected figures to be made and hardly appealing to kids, so I thought they might be targeted at the collector's market...

Decent enough idea. There are some novels coming out next year one of which features the Judoon I'm looking forward to picking them up. I've read several of the novels since the new series started and really enjoyed most of them, but it's nice to finally see more stories that include monsters...
