Because we have an awesome print shop in PA that's been part of the company since we started (which will be 10 years this October!!) QMx actually has a pretty robust print business and we try to keep as many manufacturing jobs stateside as possible.

We're required to charge tax in California, Florida and Pennsylvania because we have offices in those states. The rest of the states don't have to pay sales tax.

For what it's worth, we've held the line on the price of the Mal figure for retailers as well. Assuming they're still available for reorder, can't see a reason why the price would need to go up.

Unfortunately our options for shipping international are pretty limited. However, it's possible the price you're seeing my change once we make fixes to the FedEx calculator on the website. Best thing I can suggest is check again EOD Monday or Tuesday and see if there's any improvement.
