The 2pack has dirt/mud paint deco on Mutant Leader, and battle-damaged Batman (scarred face, torn costume, muddy boots). Single-packed Mutant Leader is clean. All single-packed Batman figures are non battle-damaged, with clean paint apps (meaning no mud, weathering, etc).

I haven't read anything that would indicate that it will have metal parts. I have the Ultimate Iron Giant, so I think I'll save myself $300. I've got a HT Hulkbuster to save up for.

what's up with alterego and their shipping prices? they're charging nearly $18 to ship this - seems a bit steep. i think i'll go with timewalkertoys on this one.
