Thanks Mudshark. As far as weathering is concerned, that portion of work is usually handed over to our painters so I don't know the answer to that question. In regards to fabric choices, we do the best we can to make sure the materials on the prototype and production materials are as similar...

I ordered the Bellatrix Death Eater Mask and got it yesterday..looks cool, but I'm VERY disappointed that its plastic. Especially because it looks like its slightly warped. I guess it was foolish of me to hope that it would be metal. Oh well...cool nonetheless. Hopefully the g/f will like it.

excellent work estel. I'm curious...how did you do the smocking on the shirt sleeves? Its hard to tell from the photographs. Is that piece a different type of material? or did you use a gathering stitch with the same linen?
