I see people asking and I don't know why anyone would want to display him with no goggles. It's part of what makes *this* Batman unique.

The VII made a cameo appearance in IM3. Didn't even see any action like the VI in both movies it appeared in.

I agree about the Mark VI because it appeared in 2 movies.

I'd say it's close enough to say it's the same. The second set of patterns, the overall color, the black stripe on the hips. I'm willing to give HT a bit of slack for getting the size of the hex patterns wrong especially in this scale.
