Excuse my lack of knowledge on this subject, but how hard would it be to put the origins wolverine head on the last stand body? Does it need some kind of unusual modification or are the heads designed to be removed?
 
I've never tried if with these two figures, but all others are easy to switch. Most of them you can just pop them off and pop them in another body.

Awesome, thanks. I've only got experience with figures that come with more than one head sculpt.

Yes, all Hot Toy heads are removable, some head sculpts have a neck incorporated in the sculpt and some don't.
The Wolverine heads both have no neck sculpted, so you need a body with a neck.
