We expected one thing... And got another. Sad...

Just like the enhanced effects to create more laser sights on Brody giving the impression of several Predators in the film, RR embellished the type of predators this breed was in his sneak peeks the type of predators we'd see. They certainly were not super or superior in any way. I can't even say they were more ruthless.

The laser thing I think was unnecessary, but I'm okay with it. Movies make up scenes just for the trailers sometimes.

But as for RR claiming that his Predators are better than the older ones, what do you expect him to say? He's not gonna say, "Oh, yeah. We really ____ed up on these guys. They die waaay to easily. Oops." It's called marketing.

They were as tough as any other Predator. And WTF, you should'nt have rooted for the Predators anyway....you should've wanted them all to die....

Didn't even have to mention super predators but did giving hope unfortunately it was false hope. I don't know bout you guys but I was disappointed to see these predators to go down so easily. Super or no super... Predators in general should not be that easy to kill.

Why would you want the classic to die?
It gave the chance for Royce to escape from the planet. It had more redeeming qualities than our hero, who many times wanted to leave the others to save his own skin. It was only because of Isabelle that Royce found some humanity

Then you missed the point of the film. And no wonder you didnt like it. This was the first Predator since Predator to be a character based film. That's how it should be.

They weren't the easiest to kill though. (Well, Tracker maybe.) I mean, look at the first AvP. Chopper and Celtic died within about two minutes of each other. Chopper died in two hits from an alien.

Mr. Black, on the other hand, survived being hit by like eight grenades, shot by a sniper rifle, hit by an axe like six times, getting his arm cut off, and being stabbed with a shiv.

Falconer got slashed with a sword twice, and then cut in half. Keep in mind, he also only had a wrist blade as his weapon.

Tracker... Well, Tracker was terrible. He got killed by cartoon fire from a claymore. Worse than Chopper.

Predator 2 was full of character. I don't see your point there. Predator 2 is also ghastly under rated by almost everyone.
