I am. I've had one foot out the door since Beth was cruelly executed (also in a cheap, manipulative manner.) She was the last character that represented optimism and goodness and her positivity had a trickle down effect on other characters like Daryl and Maggie. The light just went out of the show after she was killed off and I've basically been hanging around to see if that was something they'd ever rectify. They didn't. They introduced Morgan as a replacement Dale/Hershel but his position of moral conscience appeared to be nothing more than trauma induced insanity. Not the same thing.
I think Gimple and Kirkman are just relishing in reliving one Beth moment after another and I'll have no more part of it. Even ignoring the nihilistic tone and contempt for the audience that Gimple seems to have the writing has just been getting worse and worse anyway with characters seamlessly alternating between superheroic immunity to abject stupidity depending on what shocking thing they want to occur in any given scene. I gave the show more than enough chances, I'm out.
