In Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, Pietro Maximoff a.k.a Quicksilver has undergone experiments by HYDRA to obtain superpowers with increased metabolism and improved homeostasis. When the Maximoff twins learned of Ultron’s plan to cause human extinction, they joined the Avengers to stop the terrible fate from happening. Many people have been longing for this fast-running newcomer and now Hot Toys is officially introducing this new 1/6th scale collectible figure for fans to complete their Avengers: Age of Ultron team.
The movie-accurate Quicksilver Collectible Figure is specially crafted based on the image of Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron. It features a newly developed head sculpt with detailed hair sculpture, specially tailored costume, and an Avengers: Age of Ultron themed figure stand.

Easy pass for me. He looks like someone about to Jazzercise or something. Really lame design. I guess it worked ok in the movie when he was moving at Mach speeds, but it just looks lame as a figure.
If this was leaked a year or two ago, people would be wondering why some random jogger was being made into a Hot Toys.

It looks very well done, but I didn't care for the character. Probably the only Avenger from the 2nd movie I'm not going to buy.

I seriously doubt it. Much worse design and they killed him off. I was very happy to get the Hawkeye, but I have zero interest in this unless it hits sub-$100 prices. And this is coming from a guy who pretty much buys any HT Marvel figure.
Edit- I know who to compare it to- Elektro. Another easy pass dues to poor design (not HTs fault).

why anyone would expect this to be sub 200 is beyond me. It may be, but it shouldn't be expected. When it's 160 bucks for a stand that has zero licensing why people think a figure would be sub 200 is beyond me. If figures costing over 200, any figure, is a problem..you should probably look for another company to collect. It's what they cost. They won't be getting cheaper.
