It's a fake based off this:
Snake Eyes in GI Joe apparently.

Hey Ultron-7's here, didnt even realise there was a movie section on this forum.... :gah:

At least its a more appropriate place to discuss the movies without saturating the Action figure boards with Movie talk

Okay responding to a post in the JL thread, because it seemed more suitable to take it here:
Wait, Hawkeye > Captain America in LEADERSHIP skills? You gotta explain that to me.

There was no movie hawkeye, they gave Jeremy Renner a bow and a brainwashing.

Yes indeedy.

Seriously though, Hawkeye was stuck with a rag-tag team most of the time he was leading, and did a pretty good job. Back when the Avengers first shifted to Cap, Hawkeye, Vision, and Scarlet Witch, you had loads of issues where they were all questioning Cap's leadership, and where both Hawkeye and Quicksilver were vying to take over that spot that Cap only held because he was the only previous member to stick around. Cap just wasn't good enough to inspire those guys to follow him based on his merits.

Huh, never knew that, thanks for elaborating. Afraid 'RenEye' doesn't stand much of a chance at that position though.

What are the theories on where Hawkeye is during Winter Soldier? Trying to infiltrate that place where they're keeping the twins or something?

This was pretty common back in those days:

In fairness though, I'm not sure Lee initially liked Captain America :lol Just reading about his weird obsession with Bucky early on tells you something odd is going on.

Hm, well, guess Hawkeye fans might get pretty shafted with this cinemaverse then.

Okay so do we expect anyone to die (that is in marvel lingo, to be KO'ed for at least one film) in AoU and if so who?

Possibly Hawkeye :lol

I don't see it happening to Rogers, Stark, Hulk, Thor, or Widow (the latter of which because they've bandied about her getting her own film). Fury won't, because they already went down that road and pulled back recently--same with Pepper Potts. Maybe a minor character that few would really miss like Maria Hill or Selvig.

I wouldn't want to see Hawkeye being killed unless they actually try the Avengers Disassembled storyline.

Maybe Cap can die and Cap 3 can be Winter Soldier as Cap while SHIELD and another Avenger or something helps bring him back. Maybe Black Panther can guest star in it?

Well in Disassembled, Wanda kills Hawkeye and then brings him back at the end of House of M. Which is cool since we have a lot of the heroes for these storylines to work.

Wouldn't be the same without Spidey methinks. How he was super happy with Gwen in the alt reality and having that ripped from him, and seeing Spidey's reaction was a great part of it.

Would it work without the X-men license though? :dunno

No. House of M need Magneto, Wolverine, Spider-Man, and a lot of other characters that Marvel does not have the rights too. Hell the biggest name Marvel still owns that has a huge role is Luke Cage. They need to stay far away from House of M.
