Assassin's Creed 2

I got the Battle of Forli DLC and enjoyed it quite a bit. The missions are predominantly combat-based, with a little parkour action thrown in here and there. The whole thing lasted about 90 minutes or so, but then it ends really abruptly. Like, you're chasing your next target out of town and then suddenly you're back in the Animus, and you're being told that the data is corrupted. My guess is that we'll continue from that point when the next DLC comes out later this month.

The only other real extra to mention is that you can now access and fly Leonardo's flying machine whenever you want. It's located at the top of the lighthouse at Forli, and this'll allow you to get the flying kick achievement/trophy if you missed it the first time around.

For $4, it's worth getting if you enjoyed the main game.

You won't really find out much. You'll just get more mind ____ery with the 2nd game.

However... that said, AC2 is a much, much, much better game than the first.

Just started playing through AC2 for the 2nd time. Up to where you save Lorenzo from Francesco's attack.

This time though, i'm not equipping Ezio with any armour, well none barring what he gets automatically, like the twin blades, etc. It was pretty annoying that you couldn't take any armour off him once you had equipped it. His outfit looks better without any armour IMO, the chest guards especially.

I was on another forum last night reading explanations of the story, well the ending. There were some pretty good ones that made sense but man, it is still a mind bending story. Conspiracy theories I like on one hand as they are interesting, on the other they annoy me because i'm not intelligent enough to solve them! Don't get me started on subject 16 and his glyphs and truth videos. I think if I thought abour them i'd end up more insane than he was!

Can't wait for AC3.

Has anyone ever left the controller idle at the title menu and watched the video that comes on after a while? You have to wait a bit.

This happens on most games doesn't it! Anyways, it's a great video, it's all computer generated and looks different from the game. It shows ezio assassinating a few people. It's kind of like the carnevale mission where you assassinate Marco Barbarigo.

I'd recommend everyone to watch it. It really makes you want an animated Assassins creed film.

To watch it just load up the game, then when the screen comes on prompting you to press start, just don't press anything on the ocntroller until the video starts playing.
