These rooted hair figures look so much Barbie like, how can you collect Barbies and get excited? I don't understand you guys at all. As a 1/6th collector ,I am so disappointed that Asmus is actually listening to you guys and making rooted hair, especially for gimli.

If they were going with sculpted beard and hair, this figure would have been released and in our Shelf already. Asmus, why are you making it dif1for yourself to make a figure with rooted beard, it's just ugly, especially the border where the rooted hair is coming, that cut is just ugly.

Honestly guys, I believed asmus doesn't have actor likeness license, That's why they have to go this way. Show me one of their lotr figures that looks spot on. They have to get it close enough but not more than 95% likeness

For a 2nd improved sculpt, I was hoping frodo and sam to be much better. So, should we buy these and hope for a better 3rd version in future. What's Asmus doing here is very interesting now....!!!!!! We may end up spending 300$ just to have a hobbit figure that looks good.

I have all the hobbit figures in hand, they look much better in person. Tailoring and outfit is great Only the sculpt and hair texture is on the weak side. I can see they have tried to improve on the sculpt of hair in the hobbits,looks smoother and more pleasing to the eye.
