I had to destroy the figure because they sent me a brand new one. If I decided to keep this one sideshow mentioned they would charge me for it. I was not dissatisfied but just following what sideshow asked me to do!

Would they send a whole new figure or just the part because I'm not sure how I could replace it with a one piece suit without cutting it open?

I contacted sideshow for my broken ankle issue ,they said they are send replace body/parts? Not sure what that means? Also they are asking I destroy the one I got once I got the replacement? Is this legit?
