I been having Great Luck with Lucite super Glue for Plastic. It comes with activator and glue, strongest stuff i have ever used. I'd add a screw to the thing like Ecko suggests then glue it. Good Luck

The Wolverine bobble i have has that same head but its 1/6 scale. I believe they make a larger one that's 8in vs the 3/12 which is 1/6.
