There's many pieces I've not ordered simply because I'll try and find it locally because I can't justify $200 for the EX piece. The aftermarket on FB in Oz is pretty good and I've picked up a couple of XM pieces cheap by just playing the long game. That's what I'm doing with Deathstroke...

Because I'm a sucka. I really do want that EX head to be awesome in hand. I'll take my chance with it first. I've basically given up on EX pieces now, like you said, it's easier to go through a local.....but it's Rogue

Well, Rogue has been my fave female character for over 30 years and since money isn't a problem for this ninny, I decided to preorder the EX. I did that because I'm hoping the portraits will surprise me when in hand, and/or someone will do a custom portrait for the piece once it's out.

So I assume her right boot is attached to the cable and the main body will finish just below the right knee with a peg to attach to the boot?

I do wonder if the choice to have this costume somewhere between her black one and the new Wolverine one means a masked change-o-head? Alternatively they could do a swap out arm with her claws punching through a robot head or something?

It is quite infuriating that we get multiples of Cap, Thor, Widow, etc, but no Hank Pym, Wasp, Black Knight, Quicksilver, etc. We get multiples of Emma, Mystique, Sabretooth, Psylocke, etc, but no Angel, Beast, Ice-Man, Mr Sinister, etc. So some argue that female statues sell better than males...

Yup, me too. Sideshow releases statue with plain base - "Good old boring SS not doing anything innovative. Same bases over and over". Sideshow releases statue with elaborate base - "Good old SS, now making elaborate bases no one wants and inflating prices".

I hope they do Flash early on so I can sit and watch the fanboy-world burn.
