Have you ruled out shotguns? They are #1 for home defense, much easier to use in an emergency life threatening situation than a handgun. If that's your main objective, home defense, just go out and get a basic 12 guage shotgun and some 00 buck.

Deja Vu! But really, this comes up every year. Every year Sideshow ups the prices, and we all get upset, but as long as the products sell well, the prices will continue to climb. It sucks, but it's business.

Without a doubt, but if they made Rorschach first, some interest in the line would die off. This way, people who want Ror (which is almost everyone), keep paying attention to the line, and maybe get some other characters they might not have originally. SImply a business move.

Maybe some people need to rewatch the movie? It's a flawless capture of the expression in that particular scene. You may disagree with their CHOICE of expression, but by no means is it a poorly executed sculpt.

They could just be creating hype, making a build up to a GOOD release. Look at their Watchmen line, who would have thought they'd start it with Silk Spectre?

Oh man I picked that gun up in Feb. and love it! The recoil is not bad at all to be honest. Let me know if you know of any decent priced mags online for it, I was only able to find them for like $50-$60, which seems high.
