Now I can clearly see that the buttons on the T1 jacket in 1/6 scale should definitely be 2mm buttons, not 3mm.
Looks like I gotta change mine.

I think the face is great, so I didnt touch it, but these are the main things I think could be improved -
Hair - Restyle slightly.
Neck - Use bigger body with better sculpted neck...

Yeah, when I put the images in photoshop, everything matches up nicely apart from the sunglasses, ear height and depth(because head is too round?), and the neck -

They had a poll that included a T-800 from 'The Terminator'. Then about 1 year or so later, we got the Technoire T-800...I think.
