I prefer Tracker's pose, seems more natural and lively to me. But admittedly this one looks promising aswell.

Space can also be an issue. Personally I like collections with dioramas and figures that belong to the same lines. They look thought out and more complete. I know it's not that easy though, with all the good stuff we've been getting.
