No, I don't want to take advantage of the USPS or anything like that. I suppose its possible it escaped my notice because the flaws are very minor. It might be easier to refund the money and protect myself better the next time I sell an item like this.

I'm tempted to flexpay this. Especially with all the speculation about the multiple suits. My guess is we won't see an MMS version of this for another year.
