I realize when a statue has a defect sideshow replaces said item. What is the policy if the replacement also has a defect? Will Sideshow actually send a second replacement?

I understand the additional fees, but your argument still makes no sense. Regardless of the fees you are ultimately still going to accept delivery to see your shipment. In this case your concerns on Rogue are likely going to be valid, so why not wait until you have it before...

Why on earth would you send an email questioning the integrity of the item before actually receiving it? That completely takes away your credibility as the buyer and it makes you that much easier to dismiss.
