I was about to spend my hard earned cash on the DeLorean and then I saw this video. I don't really know the guy in it but he seems to know his stuff, plus I've made some research and comparisons to images of the actual car myself.
For an $800+ investment, Hot Toys really seemed to have skimped...
Thanks Jun A! It also helped that these kits don't need to be glued and the tools available to modellers now are amazing, easy to apply and affordable.
Love this figure and bike, but unfortunately I have to make a pass until funds are available. I opted to build the 1/12 Bandai kit instead. Even if it's a smaller scale, this things is superb, easy to build (no gluing required) and fun to weather.

Just want to chime in on modding and painting the black parts of the figure to match the movie.
In my opinion, the black is the most accurate colour and represent the actual suit more. I was lucky enough to see the actual suit displayed...

Hi! Great pics! Just wondering if that's a Hot Toy's Supe (not the big one)? Yours seem to have the "s" emblem glued properly which is nearer to the neck. The cape seem to be more accurate too and it's not that bulky on the shoulders...

Trying not to get bothered by it but the more I look at my figure I keep thinking my Sup's breasts are sagging as opposed to pointing upwards LOL!

I just got this figure and i can't help but notice that the "S" emblem on his chest is too low. It shouldn't have much space in between it and the black bar/line holding the cape.
