I dont think anyone as to pay any extra taxes from the UK warehouse for items which are destined to another EU country, non Eu countries probably have to pay import/custom taxes. Also shipping charges will vary from country to country.

GG have also released a bust of Thorin as an exclusive bust, so if SS had a licence of any sort for the Hobbit surely they would have had an exclusive up.

Yeah this is a superb bust imo the best in the LSB line, but $1800 is way over the top i would say $500-$600 is a more realistic price. Good luck if your after one you wont be disapointed.

Pose preference is of course subjective and based on the personal preferences of each and every individual so why people continue trying to push their own preferences on others is beyond me.......and while you may be the only person on the face of the earth who believes Weta's new Gandalf...

Yep totally agree, while being rather smaller than the gtg maquette they seem to have captured a better likness and pose. I know the maquette line is supposed to be dynamic and not directly from any pose in the films but i think SS did overplay and lost the esscence of Gandalf.
