Maybe those abs were there in batman v superman but in this movie they stuck out like the gel foam from a dr. Sholl's shoe pads...

I wanted to squeeze those fake abs the same way i squeeze my shoe soles

In a few scenes they looked bad.. But like I said before Fake abs on suits have been around since the beloved 89 Batman.

Only real difference is that Cavill really has abs under his suit :lol

But that opening scene.. I have to say.. Is one of the strangest, worst looking, badly computer generated moments ever put to film..

And whats funny is that the scene was not needed in the least.

The sad thing is that im not even baiting.

I meant everything i said.... i did catch spiderman and i did love it so much...

I did love it more than any other marvel movie...

Interesting.. Other then Keaton I thought it was average at best. Wish I could have liked it as much as you :(

I know batman had abs but i guess i never cared. That movie was so gothic and cartoony that it fit.

These new movies are so " realistic and dark" that the abs are ridiculous looking in JL

I guess it was nice to see spidey be a kid for once. Not a hipster or not a senior.
Humor really worked for me. I had a lot of fun with the humor. His friend was really funny. My biggest laughs were from Michelle and her rude reactions.

This movie deserves the hate, it has horrible problems. Horrible behind the scenes problems. Horrible cgi. It deserves it

Other then the lip.. I seriously saw no issues with the CGI.. At least no problems that are not just as bad as any other film out there. I mean MOS looked like Cgi fights half the time.. WW had some really bad CGI.. The opening of AOU with the single track shot is some of the worst looking CGI ever... The Hobbit films..ect.. Hell even Spider man homecoming F/X looked like a throw back to the first Rami film half the time.

Seriously I don't think CGI has gotten all that much better since LOTR.. Many of the effects in modern films look no better or worse then some of the bad to average effects in those films.. Its strange when you think about it.. You would think modern effect would blow away a film that is almost 20 years old.. But nope.

Had it not been for the lip and the announcement of Syder leaving and Whedon taking over I am not sure people would think there were two different directors.. They would have just figured Snyder was instructed to be funnier..

I thought the film was very simple plot wise but I thought structurally it was better then BvS

But I have no issues with your hate Crows :)

I don't agree with your issues.. Or should I say I don't have as much of an issue with them as you do.

So hate away my good friend.. Hate Away :) :) :)

That is half the fun of these forums.

I visit the movie threads with extreme difference in opinions way more then the ones were we all agree.

Good point.. I guess I was just way more wiling to accept the fact that this film was breaking away from MOS and BvS and becoming more cartoony. I think its why I was able to enjoy the film as a whole.

.

I did like the fact he was a kid.. I just thought the action was average and not very exciting.. I felt like I was just watching another Spider-Man film as nothing really separated it from the other 5 films. I thought CW did a much better job giving us something new with Spidey then this film did..

I personally did not care for his friend..

But Hey there is another film I am in the minority about..

I have yet to watch it again. Perhaps I will like it more with a second viewing.

Ok lets be positive,
I had the opportunity to watch spiderman homecoming and it was a wonderful time at the movies, i really enjoy myself, it was funny and charming and the action was amazing.

This is not only the best spiderman movie of all of them, but to me personally the best marvel movie so far. This is the most fun ive had in a marvel movie.
I honestly wanna see it again right now and that never happened to me before.
I truly loved this spiderman and i really really loved this vulture and he was menacing and scary as the vulture. He was really vicious.

I loved seeing happy again and that made me really happy to see him as well. He was funny. Even seeing pepper was really nice. Made me happy.
Aunt may was bae.

I wish all superhero movies were as great as this...

Does anybody ever read crow posts in Tommy Wiseau's voice? I swear it's the perfect match up.
