How many times has Barry been struck by lightning while in a room full of chemicals? Didn't he get struck when he was on Arrow and ended up in a coma? Then he gets struck again in the season premier of his own series? Am I mis-remembering something? I am confused.
They just showed it twice for the people who didn't watch Arrow.
Ism not a a Flash or DC expert and I thought the episode was average nothing special...

I thought it was awesome. That Gorilla Grodd tease had me grinning ear to ear.

Was thinking about giving this a shot but after seeing teaser for 4th episode...
... not gonna.
**** CW and **** DC for what they are doing with their properties.
That's Captain Cold, right? At least he's got the shades and what looks like a fuzzy hood.

I don't know how the hell they're going to pull off Grodd on a TV budget, if they ever even do. Hopefully, the show lasts like 15 years, so they can finally do it, when the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes tech is going for like pennies on a dollar.
Yup...by 4th or 5th show, I'll know whether it's for me.....

I saw the leaked pilot about a month ago at a friend's house. I liked it, but not as much as I had initially thought I would. That being said, Arrow wasn't exactly smooth sailing until about halfway through season one, either. Part of the reason I don't think the pilot resonated with me as much was simply because of the villain. I'm of the opinion that The Flash has the second best rogue's gallery in all of comics, and to kick things off with who, in my opinion, is one of his weakest villains.

It's really far better than whatever Marvel has ever done on TV.
Loved it, I initially had the torrent of the pilot a few months ago but it was of bad quality and I wanted to hold off till tonight to watch it. The show has many emotional moments like Smallville. This will be a great Tuesday and Wednesday with Flash and Arrow. So far the SFX looks really good too.

It was decent. Other than the suit, it was certainly better than the original TV show's pilot.
