I mean the body is fine outside of the torso, and my little rig I got in there does keep it in place. I just wouldn't have the bawz to try and disassemble it.

By the way, I know the thread got axed but that 3rd party Wolverine figure will be going up for pre-order soon.

Wolfman? :panic: I want that.

It's not that bad taking apart a HT body :wink1: Just don't stab the torso with the screw driver :lol

:mwaha

Yeah the Facebook page said there is a few delays, but a full reveal is around the corner. I thought about buying it and getting a spare MMS220 head for it since the body is pretty close to what Huge looks like.

Did anyone else get put on a waitlist for Wolverine's claws for SSC? I figured I would of heard back by now.

Just got this figure a few days ago. I don't have any problem with it like most fans do. My only minor complain is that those claws are really sharp, it pierced my thumb and it bled when i was trying to push one blade inwards because it was a bit loose.

Got my Wolverine in the mail today and he's damn cool looking. I was worried at first though because the right elbow was really stiff and wouldn't move for anything, I finally ended up getting it to move but the arm came off right above the elbow. At first I thought I broke it right away and was pissed at myself. Wound up taking off the jackets and shirt and tie and was relieved that it just pops back in. Have to say I'm not a fan of undoing the clothing on Hot Toys figures. I always worry that I'll wind up breaking something. That minor issue aside though really nice looking figure.

Yeah, I wasn't happy about doing it cause I had a 2nd body and HS on the way for the other outfit. I had too though cause the white spandex was bunched in the elbow joints and had a jacket collar that was completely wrinkled and out of shape. I got the layers off and pulled the spandex out of the arms, so I could bend them and hit the jacket with steam, which fixed the wrinkle problem. He looks good now and I didn't break wreck anything :)

This is exactly what I had to do. It was even the right elbow! I was really afraid of breaking the collar stitch but it held.

I was more worried about breaking the snaps that hold together his shirt than anything. I've had bad luck with those in the past, it seems like Hot Toys is using a better quality kind now though. These didn't feel as fragile as ones I've dealt with (and broken) in the past.

I need an opinion fellow freaks. I have The Crow figure pre ordered, but I am considering cancelling it in order to pick this guy up. I loved the film, and I am a big Wolverine fan. I guess I'm just wanting to know what the overall opinion of this guy now that he's out.

I like him a lot. Really simplistic look but he's cool I think. I know some people are bothered by the paint apps on the mustache/chin area but I think it looks fine really. It could be a bit better but it's not enough of an issue for me that I dislike the figure. Also like the fact that he has the adamantium and bone claws and the two different looks. The body is small if you go with the alternate look but I'm fairly sure it's because the layers of clothing would have made a larger body harder to use.

Thanks. Glad to hear that someone is enjoying it. I have heard the body is small, but I had planned to display him in the suit. I loved that look in the film. Thanks you have helped a great deal.

What body are people using to build a second Wolverine. I'm going to keep the stock body in the black suit, and buy a second head off ebay for the wife beater look.
